Reader x Kuroko Tetsuya: This is romance!!

Author's note: Just so you now you're going to Seirin high school and are in a class with Kuroko and Kagami.

Being awakened by my alarm clock I slowly open my eyes. I hate it to stand up this early, but school is waiting.

After I very slowly crawled out of bed and made me ready for school, I go downstairs to find a note from my mother: “Good morning sweetheart. I got a call from work, that’s why I’m not here to have breakfast with you. There’s a bento for you. Have fun in school. Mommy.”

Fun in school? Not really. Ok, it can be funny. But only after school, when I help the basketball team. Yeah, today I will annoy Kagami. Oh man, he just can so easily loose his temper.

Making my way to school, I make my way into my classroom and sit on my place next to Kagami, but then I notice something.

“Hey Kagami, where’s Kuroko?”

I notice that Kagami tenses up and obviously tries to avoid my eyes. “H-hey (_f/n_). I-I don’t know. It’s not like I have already seen him today or something like that. Hahaha.”

Is he an idiot or something like that!? Whatever. I just shake my head and try to concentrate on the now beginning lesson. But that’s not so easy. My mind always wanders to Kuroko. I’m wondering where he is.

Kuroko is one of the little things why I love going to school. Maybe I have a little crush on him… Ok, I have a big crush on him, but I don’t think he likes me back. I don’t even know if he likes this whole relationship thing. That’s why I just enjoy our time together even when I wish me more.



After school I hurry over to the basketball hall. Maybe Kuroko is coming to the training, because he was absent the whole day. Maybe he is sick.

Entering the basketball hall I see that it’s empty. No Riko. No boys. No one who plays basketball or gets yelled at by Riko.

Locking at my watch I see that I’m perfect in time. I hope I haven’t overheard that today’s practice is cancelled.

Then I notice something laying in the middle of the hall. When I get closer I see it’s a note and on it stands: “Please go to the school garden.”

From who is this note? Being curious I go to the said place.

When I arrive there I see a red rose lying in the grass. I pick it up and see that on it is another note. “Follow the signs of love.” The signs of love? A rose is a sign of love.

Looking to the ground I see many roses lying there and they lead my into the middle of the school garden. Picking each one of the roses up I follow the signs of love.

And that was the best thing I could have done.

Because when I arrive at the last rose Kuroko is standing there. Nervously he looks at me with his blue eyes and smiles slightly when I begin to blush. He looks just so gorgeous the way the sun caresses his features.

He makes his way over to me and begins to speak first very nervous, but with every word he gets more confident.

“(_f/n_), I’m glad you’re here. For a long time now I wanted to tell you something, but I haven’t had the courage to it, till now. From the day we met I knew that you are someone special. Most of all you noticed me. Every time I walk around you’re the first who sees me and you’re the only one who shows me this loving smile. My heart skips a beat every time I see. Every time I see your beautiful face. Your amazing (_h/c_) hair and those shining (_e/c_) eyes. You make my day to something special and that’s why I love you, (_f/n_).”

My words are stuck in my throat and my hands begin to shake. Tears of joy begin to fall from my eyes and my body just gives in. I let the roses fall the ground and throw myself into Kuroko’s arms.

“I love you, too!! The whole time!! Kuroko, I love you!!”

And then Kuroko smiles the biggest smile I’ve ever seen. Putting his hand on my check he smashes his lips on mine. It’s like a firework in my head. Kuroko’s warmth spreads through my whole body and it feels like there’s only the two of us on this planet now.


Ending the kiss we look at each other and smile.

Then from behind me comes the whole Seirin basketball team and applaud. Riko comes running to me and pulls me into a tight hug. The boys go over to Kuroko and cheer him on and some are sitting in the corner wondering why they can’t get a girlfriend.



And like this started the beautiful relationship of Seirin’s dream couple. (_f/n_) and Kuroko graduated together and then moved in her first apartment. After three more years Kuroko asked (_f/n_) if she wants to marry him and short after this the whole Seirin basketball team and the former GoM celebrated the most romantic weeding and nine month after their honeymoon they all met again to see the now born baby.
